20 varieties–yes truly!–of wine grape are planted to the vineyard including:
6 Bordeaux–Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Sauvignon Blanc
11 Rhone–Grenache (Garnacha), Mourvedre (Monastrall), Syrah (Shiraz), Petite Sirah (Durif), Counoise, Cinsault, Grenache Blanc, Picpoul Blanc, Viognier, Marsanne, Rousanne
Additionally–Zinfandel, Tannat, and Tempranillo.
At the moment we use about 30-50% of the grapes we grow, producing approximately 7,000 cases of wine per year. Our new, green, gravity flow winery is under construction and will be ready for the 2011 harvest! With its completion we will begin keeping more of the grapes we grow and offering a greater selection of fine, sustainably farmed wines to present to you!
